Switzerland (RSR, Fre) – The Nez Rouge programme to give party-goers who have one or more too many drinks or drugs during the holidays has found new funding for three years. TCS, the Swiss automobile club, has agreed to provide money to keep the programme running. The federal government pulled out in 2005 and Nez Rouge survived thanks in part to temporary help from the Suisse Romande and other lotteries. Nez Rouge counts on volunteer drivers to help people get home if they are over the limit for driving.
