The Domaine de Chateauvieux in Satigny, Geneva is a name well-known to lovers of fine dining in the Lake Geneva region. in October its sommelier, Xavier Debloch, won GaultMillau’s title of Swiss Sommelier of the Year 2009, which he shares with a sommelier in Ascona.
