Ad Age has an article about the latest trend in sweet drinks in the US. The only good thing I can see coming out of this combination of excess sugar and excess booze is a faint hope that there will be a strong reaction to it at some point and everyone will swear off sweetness.

I’m happy to see this is mostly juice, beer and hard liquor, but wine stores in the US have some pretty sweet-sweet wines on their shelves.
