Switzerland (TSR, Fre) – Coop is taking a bigger step than the law requires in an effort to reduce drinking by teenagers: 1 June the Swiss supermarket chain will raise the age for buying all alcohol, including wine and beer, to 18. Swiss law allows the sale of beer and wine to anyone age 16 or over.
