Vaud “terroir” specialty shop, 2nd one opens

15/11/2013 by Ellen Wallace Leave a Comment

Terre Vaudoise, a new brand for excellent existing products

LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND – Twice as good! The wonderful shop La Halle in Lausanne, with top quality fresh produce and specializing in the best terroir products around, now has a sister shop in Pully.

The two are now part of the new Terre Vaudoise label, a project set up by the Vaud association Prométerre, whose work centres around promoting land-related activities.

The Les Halles shop in Lausanne has been a resounding success, featuring certified regional specialty products and encouraging consumers to buy seasonal fresh foods.

The new store opening 15 November accompanies an announcement that a new brand has been created, Terre Vaudoise, which is the result of the merger of two groups, Produits du terroir and Halle romande

The two shops (be sure to check their days and hours, which vary):

  • Terre Vaudoise Halle romande, Rue de Genève 100, 1004 Lausanne
  • and Terre Vaudoise, Grand Rue 9, 1009 Pully
