What the WHO really says about cancer, meat

swiss_meatGENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Meat-producing companies and meat packagers are vocal in expressing their unhappiness with the October report from the World Health Organization in Geneva suggesting that red meat and in particular processed meats may cause cancer or be related to cancer development.
