An exceptional collection of food, wine, and art at Local d’Art Contemporain gallery in Vevey. Valais wine producer Leonard Clavien will present wines from his family’s vineyards: Cave Caprice du Temps. Chef Olivier Dufrenne from La Table d’Olivier will create seasonal plates, each course paired with the wines.
