ZURICH, SWITZERLAND – Zurich Airport handled 1.9 million passengers in March, up 1.6 percent over a year earlier, although passenger traffic since the start of the year has dipped by 0.5 percent.
Sales at the airport have increased by more than traffic, the Moody Report notes, based on figures published 10 April by the airport, up 7.5 percent, with “landside” sales accounting for more than “airside” sales to consumers.
