GENEVA, SWITZERLAND – Swiss wines will soon have a boost internationally, with the first English-language book on Swiss wines in 20 years going on sale 1 September.

The official launch of Vineglorious! Switzerland’s Wondrous World of Wines is at the Vinea Swiss Wines Fair Saturday 6 September in Sierre. I’ll be selling and signing the books there from 16:00-18:00.

Mary Tiegreen, the designer, is taking a well-deserved break, but chapeau! to her for the excellent job and for being a wonderful friend to work with. The book focuses on the quality of Swiss wines, so it seemed fitting to have it printed in Lausanne, a city long known for its fine arts printing excellence: PCL didn’t let me down and the book is another good example of “made in Switzerland”.
